A Service is what is being offered to your clients. For example a RMT would offer massage services, a spa could ofer Facial services and a Mental Health Practitioner may offer Counselling services. Services have a Duration, Fee and are assigned to a Service Provider. Services are managed from the main menu "Services" link.

A Service Provider is the person providing the service to the client. Service Providers have a schedule of availability and are assigned to Services they offer. Service Providers are managed in "Service Providers" from the main menu.

Stand-Alone Resources are pieces of equipment or device that are assigned to perform a service, instead of a person. A Stand-Alone Resource has a schedule of availability and is assigned to the services it performs. For example, a sauna would be assigned to a Sauna Session or tanning bed to a Tanning Session. Stand Alone Resources are managed in Resources > Stand Alone from the main menu.
