How do I merge duplicate clients?

Go to the Clients tab, search by first name, last name or email, or access the “Possible Duplicates” sub tab. Select the check boxes for the two client records to be merged.

All unique entries will be displayed, where you can choose which information is to be retained by activating the selection toggle. The selected information will be merged to form the updated client record.

Note, pay attention not to delete “Online Clients”, those with a head silhouette icon next to their names, as these are client records associated with an email registered for online booking.
