How do I turn on sending clients SMS or text message reminders for appointments?

Go to Settings / Notifications / Client Notifications and set “SMS Reminders - Client” to YES. You can set up to three reminders using time frames of months, days or hours ahead of an appointment. Your clients are set to automatically accept reminders by default, but if they are registered online users, they can disable this feature at any time from their “My Account” page.

All accounts include up to 500 SMS messages for free, additional messages are $0.02/SMS. There must be a valid credit card on file under Account > Business Account Billing > Credit Card to activate SMS messaging.
