If I’ve chosen not to automatically accept bookings, where do I confirm those pending bookings?

When there are pending bookings, a message “Outstanding Appointment Confirmations” will be displayed in the upper left corner of your Dashboard and Calendar. Select the link to view the list and simply choose to Approve or Deny. Confirmation and cancellation email will automatically be sent to the client. If you have set Email Confirmations to Yes under the Service Provider settings, you will also receive a Pending appointment notification.  As a business owner, you can choose to receive a copy of these Confirmation notifications under Settings / Notifications / Additional Notifications.
