How do I override the requirement for a prepayment on a per client basis?

From the “Clients” tab, select the client to be updated then select the “Settings” section to adjust “Forced Prepayment / Client”. Alternatively you can access the client record by selecting the client’s name from an appointment detail screen. In the “Forced Prepayment / Client” field, leave blank to apply the Forced Prepayment set for each service under Settings / Services. Use 1% to 100% to override the Forced Prepayment for all services.
