How can I get clients to submit testimonials?

You can send your clients customized emails requesting they complete testimonials. There are two options:
Testimonials must be approved by an owner or administrator for display in your public pages. Go to Marketing / Testimonials to approve, deny or delete testimonials.
When a testimonial is submitted, an email will be sent to the service provider's email and business email address listed in the Settings / Configuration / Basic / Business Information. The testimonial email templates can be personalized under Settings / Notifications / Email Templates. Notes:
