How can I get clients to submit testimonials or Reviews?

You can send your clients customized emails requesting they submit testimonials or reviews. There are two options:

 

Manually choose to send a request email right from the appointment details screen by selecting the “Request Review” button.

 

Send automated requests to clients after they have attended X number of appointments. To setup automated requests, go to Marketing > Reviews > Settings and set the number of appointments that need to be completed before the request email is sent. Note: A blank or “0” zero value will disable this feature.

 

Reviews must be approved by an owner or administrator for display in your client calendar pages. Go to Marketing > Reviews to approve, deny or delete testimonials.

 

When a Review is submitted, an email will be sent to the Service Provider email and business email address listed in the Settings > Basic Business Information.

 

The testimonial email templates can be personalized under Settings / Notifications / Email Templates in the Miscellaneous Email Templates. You can add links to your Google or other review sites in the templates.

 

Notes:
*Clients must be registered online users to submit reviews
*If a client submits a review to you by email, you cannot add this to the system manually. Please ask your client to submit their review through the Appointments page in their online account.
