My client is having trouble logging in, why?

If you are having difficulties logging in to Click4Time, please try clearing your browser’s cookies first. Once you have cleared the cookies, try logging back into https://book.click4time.com.

Cookies are small text files stored on your computer by websites you visit. Cookies help speed up and personalize your web browsing experience. Click4Time uses cookies to recognize you when you visit our website or use our apps. This means that you don’t have to log in each time you visit, and we can remember your preferences and settings.

Note: Deleting your cookies will log you out of any sites you are logged in to on your browser and you’ll need to log back in to those sites.

Desktop Browsers

Chrome
1. Click the Chrome menu icon (3 horizontal lines) on the upper right corner of the browser toolbar.
2. Select Settings, then Show advanced settings.
3. In the Privacy section, select the Clear Browsing Data button.
4. Select Obliterate the following items from: the beginning of time.
5. Place a check next to Cookies and other site and plugin data only.
6. Choose Clear browsing data.
7. Log back into https://book.click4time.com.

Firefox
1. Select the Firefox menu icon (3 horizontal lines) on the upper right corner of the browser toolbar.
2. Select History > Clear Recent History.
3. From the Time range to clear, choose Everything.
4. Place a check in the Cookies box only.
5. Select Clear Now to remove all the cookies.
6. Log back into https://book.click4time.com.

Safari
1. Confirm that you're running version 5 or later of Apple's Safari browser. Go to Safari > About Safari from the menu bar. We only support Safari 5 or higher.
2. Select Safari from the menu, then Reset Safari.
3. From the reset screen, choose Remove all website data only.
4. Select Reset.
5. Log back into https://book.click4time.com.

Internet Explorer 10 & 11
Although you can use Internet Explorer 10, 11 or Edge, we recommend using Chrome, Firefox or Safari for the best experience.
1. Select the Tools menu (3 horizontal dots) from the upper right of the Internet Explorer window, and select Safety > Delete Browsing History.
2. In the Delete Browsing History window, check the box next to Cookies only.
3. Select Delete.
4. Log back into https://book.click4time.com.

Microsoft Edge
1. Select the Hub icon, 3 horizontal lines.
2. Select History, clock icon, then Clear all history.
3. Check the box next to Cookies and saved Website data only.
4. Select Clear to confirm.
5. Log back into https://book.click4time.com.


Mobile Browsers

Safari
1. From your device’s Home screen, open Settings and scroll down to Safari.
2. Scroll down and select Clear History and Website Data.
3. Confirm.
4. Log back into https://book.click4time.com.

Chrome
1. Select the Menu icon in the upper-right corner of the screen, 3 vertical dots.
2. Choose History.
3. Select Clear Browsing Data… at the bottom of the page.
4. Choose Cookies, site data only.
5. Select Clear.
6. Log back into https://book.click4time.com


Firefox
1. Select the Menu icon in the upper-right corner of the screen, 3 vertical dots or the number beside the address bar, depending on device.
2. Select Settings, which may be text or icon .
3. Go to Privacy then Clear private data.
4. Select Cookies & Active Logins only.
5. Tap Clear Data.
