How to Clear Browser Cache

For the best user experience, we highly recommend you use Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge browsers. We do not officially support other browsers.

- Chrome Desktop

  • Select the Chrome menu on the upper right corner of the browser toolbar .
  • Select Tools or More Tools, depending on version.
  • Select Clear browsing data.
  • A dialogue window will appear, providing you with a list of checkboxes for the types of information that you wish to have removed, choose Cached images and files.
  • You can also set how far back in your browser’s history you wish to have removed, Obliterate the following items from: choose the beginning of time.
  • Then choose Clear browsing data.

- Chrome Mobile

  • Select the Chrome menu on the upper right corner of the browser toolbar.
  • Select Settings > Privacy.
  • Select CLEAR BROWSING DATA.
  • A dialogue window will appear, providing you with a list of checkboxes for the types of information that you wish to have removed, choose Clear the cached.
  • Then choose CLEAR.

- Firefox Desktop

  • Select the Firefox menu on the upper right corner of the browser toolbar.
  • Select History > Clear Recent History.
  • From the Time range to clear, choose Everything.
  • Next to Details, click the down arrow to choose which elements of the history to clear, select Cache.
  • Click Clear Now.
  • Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.

- Firefox Mobile

  • Select the Firefox menu on the upper right corner of the browser toolbar.
  • Select Settings > Privacy.
  • From the Privacy screen, choose Clear now under Clear private data.
  • Choose Cache then CLEAR DATA.

- Safari Desktop

  • Select Safari from the menu bar.
  • Choose Reset Safari and check only Remove all website data.
  • Click Reset.

- Safari Mobile

  • Go to Settings from the Home screen of your iPhone or iPad.
  • Scroll down and tap on Safari.
  • Choose Clear Cookies and Data, in iOS 8 this is labeled Clear History and Website Data.
  • Choose Clear.

- Edge

  • To view your browsing history, select Hub > History
  • Select Clear all history.
  • Choose Cached data and files, then select Clear.
