Email marked as spam or junk

Click4Time sends appointment related notification emails on behalf of our customers, which are businesses that use our appointment booking software to manage their schedule. Those emails are sent from the booking system's email "notifications@mailer.click4time.com".

If a notification email is marked as spam, Click4Time can no longer send emails to that address. This suppression is to protect our sender reputation. 

If a notification email is marked as spam by mistake and you wish to continue receiving emails from the booking system, you will need to locate the email you marked as SPAM in your JUNK/SPAM folder and return it to your Inbox or mark it as NOT SPAM.  Additionally, to ensure your email program recognizes future emails from Click4Time, you should add our sending email address "notifications@mailer.click4time.com" to your contacts. 

If you have an online profile with Click4Time to manage your appointments, you will also need to log in to your account at https://book.click4time.com to opt back in to receiving appointment notification emails from the booking system.

If you don't have an online profile, you should email support@click4time.com to request that we opt you back in to those emails.
