How do I add a new Service Provider or Stand-Alone Resource?

Go to Settings / Service Providers / Schedules or Resources / Schedules, choose Add a Service Provider or Stand-Alone Resource. Before a Service Provider or Stand-Alone Resource can be added, there must be services to assign to that Provider or Stand-Alone Resource. To create services go to Settings / Services, select “Add a Service”.  

If no Service Provider or Stand-Alone Resource image is added, the company logo will be displayed on the client screen.

After adding the new Service Provider or Stand-Alone Resource, you will be taken to the Create a New Schedule page, where you will set the schedule.  

If the Service Provider being set up is not a registered End User of Click4Time, they will automatically be sent an email with a link to set their password. If they don’t create a password within 48 hours, they will have to use the “Forgot Password” link at https://book.Click4Time.com to create a password.

If the Service Provider being set up is already a registered User of Click4Time (matching email address), no email will be sent. They login using their current credentials.

Once a password is set, the Service Provider can access their schedule and appointments by logging into https://book.Click4Time.com.

To disable a Service Provider or Resource, select the “Status” slider beside that user's name in Settings / Service Providers or Settings / Resources.
