Be sure you have set ‘Bookable by Clients’ to ‘Yes’. To change this setting, go to Service Providers > Edit Provider to access the profile. Then in the "Booking Settings" section you will see this option. 

Ensure that the Service Provider or Resource has been assigned services they perform. Those services are assigned in the profile from the "Service Assignment" section.

Also double check that the Service Provider or Stand-Alone Resource’s schedule has been set correctly. Go to Service Providers or Resources list page and select the schedule icon beside the name to access the Existing Schedules page. Make sure hours are set to Open with the toggle active.
