Five levels, which can be set in Settings > Permissions
Owner * full unrestricted access
Administrator * Able to manage all account settings, all clients, all appointments and reports. * Can optionally be assigned additional permission to view/edit eCharts. * Cannot manage the account billing information and does not have the authority to approve/deny mass exporting of records.
Service Provider * Access their own appointments in the calendar. * Book, approve/deny and cancel their clients' appointments. * Apply discounts or charges and print receipts. * Add a new client but cannot edit the client list as a whole. * Manage their own client's charts. Can optionally be assigned additional permission to view all other Providers' appointments in the calendar, but not edit the booking, as well the option to View/Edit all eCharts. * Modify their personal profile. * Print their appointment calendar. * Generate various reports.
Receptionist * Access the calendar at large to print, book, accept/deny and cancel any appointments. * Manage the client list * Manage Service Provider availability
Associate * Book and cancel their own appointments. * Book appointments on behalf of your clients.
To disable a Service Provider's permission, go to the Service Providers list and disable that provider's profile. This will also deactivate their permission to access the business' admin calendar and account overall. To disable other types of users, go to the Permissions page and switch the "Status" to disabled.
